Responsibilities would include streamlining data extraction, transformation, and load processes, design use cases, analyze data, and deliver results.
Trade Surveillance and other Surveillance of daily transactions & positions of global Funds.
Work closely with various regional Compliance teams in North America, EMEA and APAC Region.
Daily Key Responsibilities / Duties include:
Manage a team of significant size end to end including performance management, succession planning, providing regular feedback, coordination with diverse group of stakeholders, managing process updates/changes, staff development, team motivation, engagement and retention.
Provide a highly responsive and professional level of support to cross functional business departments.
Specializes in collecting data, organizing that data, and then analyzing the data.
Should be able to accurately report their findings to other departments to make informed decisions.
Gather, extract, manipulate, analyze, and model data using analytical and statistical tools.
May also be required to provide database maintenance and development in conjunction with the IT department.
May be required to provide data governance support and development
Work closely with Technology teams on development of new capabilities to define requirements and priorities based on data analysis and business knowledge.
